- When you write to us through the contact form: the topic of your message, your name, your email address, your message, and your phone number if you add it. We also record the time it was sent and your device's IP address, to protect the form from abuse and spam.
- When you sign up to be notified when one of our products launches: your email address, the product you signed up for, the language you used on the site, and the date you signed up.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your message and follow up on your request.
- To let you know when the product you signed up for launches.
We do not use your data for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Mitrania.
Where it is kept
Your data is kept on our own servers, and your messages reach us through our own email.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no ads, no analytics tools and no tracking cookies. We only save your language choice inside your browser, so the site opens in that language on your next visit.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to remove you from a list or to delete your data.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for a copy of your data (if we have any), ask us to correct or delete it, or remove yourself from any launch list, by writing to contact@mitrania.com.
